We know that choosing a kitchen company can be challenging and confusing. Cheaper quotes will certainly lure you in but it’s a long term and big investment so be careful.

Our Timescales
Installation Dates:
Lead times can fluctuate with seasonal demand however the average lead in time is 6-8 weeks from signing your agreement and paying your deposit.
Please note we cannot secure your installation date prior to receiving your deposit.
Please ask for our current lead time before you order to avoid disappointment.
As you can appreciate your installation date is an estimate but we will keep you informed as the estimated start date approaches.
It is in our interest to get to you as soon as possible and we appreciate your understanding and patience should a delay to your installation occur.
When we arrive on the job, the timeline below explains what will happen - as a guide.
Removal
We begin with the messy stuff; removing your existing suite and tiling and preparing your kitchen for the remodel. The waste will be placed into a skip or left somewhere on the property grounds for collection at the end of the project (1 collection only). Whichever is most suitable for access.
Timeline: 1-3 daysFirst Fix & Building Work
Once the removal is complete, we will advise if anything unforeseen has been noticed by our team. Although this is rare there are some things that just cannot be identified on the survey such as rotting timber or anything else behind the previous kitchen or in the walls that you need to know about. Don’t worry we will help you through this process. We will then proceed to carry out all plumbing, electrical and plastering works listed in the quote.
Timeline: 2-5 daysKitchen Fit
Now it’s the exciting time and when everything starts to come together. Our professional team will install your new Kitchen; checking everything along the way and making sure everything is up to our high standard, this is where our keen eye for detail and our experience of installation during the design process comes into action.
Timeline: 5-8 days2nd Fix, Clean Up
The 2nd fix consists of installing all product items once the main kitchen install is complete.
If you've chosen the stone worktop option, it will have been templated once the majority of the kitchen fit has been installed. This process can take 7 days from templating to installation, but we will always make good use of the time by doing the other things we can while we wait—like your flooring, decorating, etc.
We always ensure that we leave our customer's kitchens and homes in tip-top condition; vacuuming and removing any dust and giving your kitchen the once over to make sure everything is working just fine. Oh, and take some nice photos!
Timeline: 2-4 daysHandover & Enjoy!
It’s now time to walk you through your new kitchen.
We will make sure that you are 100% happy with your new kitchen.
Ensuring that you have all the necessary documentation, we will show you how everything works and work through the all the features of your new kitchen.
Once you are completely happy with everything we will sign and issue you with your warranty certificate – and don’t forget that this is guaranteed with HIP!
