Our client in Berskshire contacted SJM Kitchens to update their original kitchen, which had remained unchanged since the house was built in the 1990s. Their goal was to create a spacious, practical, and modern kitchen that felt fresh, functional, and suited to modern family life.
From the initial survey stage, the focus was on clean lines, improved layout, and a contemporary finish that would completely transform the space.
The existing kitchen felt dated and no longer reflected how the homeowners used the space. A full refresh was essential to modernise the room, improve usability, and enhance the overall look and feel of their home.
The project included the full removal of the old kitchen, supply and installation of the new Riva painted kitchen, reconnection of appliances, installation of a new hob, oven, sink and taps, as well as floor and wall tiling to complete the look.
The installation required coordination with electricians and a tiler. Thanks to careful planning and clear communication, the project ran smoothly from start to finish with no unexpected issues.
