The quality of work was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble, even going over and above with our requirements. He dealt with any challenge in a very positive manner. The finished office space has transformed the previous disjointed room and we couldn't be happier. Scott at SJM Kitchens designed, supplied, and installed my kitchen in College Town, Sandhurst, and I couldn't be happier with the result. It has completely transformed the space. It wasn't an easy kitchen to work with due to the limited size, but Scott worked wonders and made the most of every inch. From the initial design through to the installation, Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. The quality and attention to detail are outstanding, and the finished kitchen has exceeded all of my expectations. I honestly couldn't recommend Scott at SJM Kitchens highly enough. Scott and his team worked brilliantly on my kitchen in Winnersh.  Scott was extremely patient and thorough with my 'new kitchen journey' and what makes it really special is that he sends a 3d video of how the kitchen will look once finished so it really gives you the perfect idea of how it will look at the end.  He is polite and a really really nice guy.  Always tidying up after ever completed day. And he works solidly from start to the end - no tea/biscuit breaks every half an hour.  I was was very impressed with how he was patient with my chopping and changing of ideas.  His team who worked on the kitchen were brilliant too.  Really efficient and thorough. SJM carried out a full kitchen renovation, including removing the old kitchen, replastering, levelling the floors (and laying the new boards), extending the plumbing, completing all electrical work, and installing the new kitchen with integrated appliances. Scott carried out the refurb to a very high standard and stayed on schedule and within the agreed budget. Professional, clean & tidy, and clearly very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their reliability and helpfulness—they maintained good communication and even took the initiative to chase my own supplier for missing items, which made a big difference in keeping things moving. I recently had a kitchen fitted by Scott at SJM Kitchens, which included tiling and a solid oak worktop. The attenuation to detail, professionalism and pride in his workmanship was outstanding. Scott provided a brilliant end-to-end service for our new kitchen, from the initial home survey and quote to the full design and installation. Scott was super flexible with our requirements and was able to make changes as when we required with no fuss. It was a real pleasure working with Scott and he really helped us throughout the process, going above and beyond to ensure it was as seamless as possible. Scott fitted our Wren kitchen and utility room for us. We couldn’t give a definite date for the install initially, as it was dependent upon building works but Scott worked flexibly with us, moving around his other commitments to keep everyone happy. I’m a very fussy person so was always quick to point out anything that required a slight tweak and Scott would always come back and ensure he left us satisfied with things. Scott worked incredibly hard to create our fantastic kitchen - he was always on time, friendly and professional. Great communication throughout and managed to deal with all our 1950's house quirks with a calm and confident manner. Scott has been nothing less than amazing. If you are looking for a Kitchen, or an installer, look no further! After having issues with Magnet and their ridiculous installation costs (£258 to install a dishwasher, £114 to put a plug in a socket) I put out a Facebook post asking for advice. Scott replied and helped us every step of the way. He gave impartial advice, helped us with some questions we had, and spoke through the in's and out's of it all. We we're so grateful with the discussions we had with Scott, that we didn't want to go anywhere else for installation. To be fair, has we had a little more in the budget, we would have got him to supply too, as his products and designs were great. We ended up with Howdens supply, and Scott to fit. The difference between the ripping off that Magnet we're charging, and what Scott quoted was night and day. His quote we found reasonable for the large kitchen we we're having installed. Scott kept us updated, and turned up spot on time every day, (literally to the minute each day, we joked that he sits around the corner if he was early, just to be here bang on 8am) The quality of his workmanship was fantastic. How he managed to put it all together in a week still has my mind boggled. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and every day, he kept us updated, and listened to our never ending issues with our builders. Once everything was in, our Gas instal was delayed slightly (from our side) and we had a couple of niggles with pieces supplied by Howdens, when we got those delivered, Scott arranged to come back, and installed the rest. We genuinely couldn't be any happier with our kitchen, and Scott. Honestly, this was the best decision we made. If you get a chance, book Scott, he is honestly incredible, and a huge thank you from us both!!! We wouldn't be where we are now without his support, knowledge and expertise! Scott installed a kitchen for me. I cannot fault his professionalism. The work he personally did was of the highest standard and he coordinated specialist services eg electricians. He provided updates and was always approachable and willing to discuss how the installation was progressing. He responded quickly to text messages and phone calls. It was quite daunting initially to plan a new kitchen with a refurb because it's a big investment but scott was amazing. He talked me through my ideas, what I'd like and gave me ideas on design and style. He did the complete service from design to supply to install and it was seamless. I love my new kitchen. Scott fitted our kitchen (and did some additional plumbing!), and was an absolute superstar every step of the way! He communicated effectively throughout, guided us through the whole process, was punctual, clean and incredibly efficient. He has even checked in with us multiple times since the kitchen was fitted just to make sure everything is still okay, which it certainly is thanks to Scott and his hard work.
